I went for the first time with a group of eight on a Monday night. While the place wasn't crowded, there were plenty of to go orders. We ordered eight main dishes and two soups: egg drop and sweet and sour. I preferred the egg drop, but those who enjoy sweet and sour liked it as well. Favorites included mushu, general tso's, tofu and eggplant, and a crispy pork dish. Honestly, all the dishes were a hit. I'd definitely drive to the city for this again!
Good food, lots of take out orders - we ordered beef chow fun. Their service was friendly and place looked clean. The chow fun was wok fried well and seasoned but it was on the oily side, The beef itself was chewy, not tender.
5 stars for the sheer consistency. We have ordered take out at least 10 times now. Always consistent. I respect that a lot in a restaurant. Also, they seem to use less oil than most Chinese restaurants which I appreciate. Will be ordering takeout again tomorrow! It's a weekly routine now.
This is our favorite Chinese takeout restaurant. I drive all the way from Daly City to get food. It's like comfort food and the flavors are consistent.
We ordered Chow mein, fried rice and potstickers. We are picky with our chow mein and this place hit the spot! Everything was so good.
Favorite Chinese restaurant in the bay. The prices are fair and the food is delicious. For starters, I'd recommend trying Honey Walnut Shrimp and their Orange Peel Beef. Any of their rice/noodle dishes have come out consistently for the past 3 times I have been here. This is the place I go-to despite the 25 minute commute.
I don't normally review Chinese restaurants because there are a lot of options and if you don't like the one you ordered from, then you won't be ordering from there again, right? So, why did I suddenly leave a review for Chinese food now? Well, because IT IS SO DARN GOOD! Don't miss out on their delicious food-- order from them! I did a DoorDash service and the food came rather quickly, affordable, and worth every penny. You won't regret it!
We came by on a Tuesday afternoon and business was pretty scarce but to be honest, it WAS a Tuesday. We were warmly greeted and when my grandmother made a small comment about wanting a little bit more room, the waitress took the nearby table and made our table bigger. Before I get into the food, I do have to say their service is exceptional. The waitress treated us with grace, respect, and warmness that I can only find in some mom and pop stores. They were able to slightly customize their dishes to our desires and overall, our experience was extremely positive. *note: all the dishes we ordered were NOT lunch specials, we wanted to see what the normal sized dishes are* Dragon Beef: this was definitely a highlight. To compare it to another dish, it tasted like R+G's famous R+G's Beef. It doesn't taste exactly like that but it has that same amazing flavor. You definitely have to get it! Sesame chicken: It was pretty good! Definitely not the best I had but then again, there was nothing wrong with it! It lacked a bit of color (tbh I LOVE free broccoli that usually comes with meat dishes like this so maybe i'm biased ahahaha) Fried Rice: The shrimp they have here is JUMBO sized like they're big, I was surprised! I also liked how they added shredded lettuce inside Chow Mein: it had the perfect ratio between crunchy and soft noodles. It was delicious. Exactly what you want.
Captured the menu since there didn't seem to be very current photos of it. The beef chow fun was PERFECT. I'd go again just for that! But everything was tasty. Simple interior. Good service and speedy food delivery to our table. We had a great little dinner here!
